This large, airy beach house is situated on the outskirts of the village of San Agustinillo and 200 metres from the beach. It has lots of communal space, fantastic views and a peaceful position.
On the first floor you will find the swimming pool, dining area, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (including oven, coffee machine and blender) and an outdoor grill.
On the second floor you will find two large bedrooms with 2 double beds in each, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, en suite bathrooms with solar heated water and a private balcony with views.
The third floor is under the large palm roof and was now renovated into a new apartment with 2 bed rooms and great ocean view. A third apartment with just one bedrooms is now available, all apartments with own kitchen.
There is plenty of parking space.
